Lovely imagination,great job! Welcome to GP. When i first started I thought leaving a comment is the same as voting but with the help of a friend they told me it wasn't, There is a green box above the picture with a number in it and arrows , one points up the other down. To give a point to a design you like you click on the up arrow. It does have a down arrow to take points away from someones projects but it will also affect your score. We never use it, if we don't like it we just do nothing and go on to a different project to look sat. Everyone does the best to their ability and taking points away is just not cool.
