To AprilRain - A Roman Bridge
As I said on another occasion, GP is a rich broth of different cultures and sensitivities.
AprilRain shared with us recently, a bridge of oriental architecture. I bring her a millenary Roman bridge. The Roman Empire spread throughout Europe and built to last. The bridges had to withstand the movements of armies and enduring communications to enable them to develop trade.
Some of these bridges can still be used.
